I wish you all happy holidays filled with relaxation, family time, rest, and fun.
Over the last few months, staff have been working on self-regulation strategies as well as emotional literacy over the fall with our students. I’m including a few links below to resources that might help you help your child with social emotional skills in general and during the holiday season. I encourage you to review the following topics as it is best to be preventative rather than reactive regarding mental health.
